Nick Cannon is officially on the mend.
Mariah Carey’s husband uploaded a video to his website Wednesday in which he thanked fans and well-wishers for their concern, and updated them on his condition since he was hospitalized in Colorado just after the beginning of the year.
The America’s Got Talent host, 31, says in the video, "Alright, so, I'm back. I'm not dead! Back at work, feeling good, feeling healthy...
"I appreciate all the love, all the concern, all the letters and emails and texts, people sending me flowers and stuff.”
Cannon said he encountered "major issues with my kidneys, along with some other stuff" as a result of overworking his body with bad sleep and eating habits. He added being in high altitude in Colorado over the holidays intensified his fatigue.

"The doctors had to reboot my entire immune system, and I'm working through that now," he said. "I feel like I'm 100 percent. A couple more procedures and things to go, but I'll be fine."
Cannon has baby twins with 41-year-old Carey, Moroccan and Monroe; he added he has a renewed focus on "making sure I stop and smell the roses, keeping my family first, loving my wife for taking care of me through all of this, enjoying my kids, and enjoying you guys."
