Gloria Allred and a female investment banker, who says she was sexually assaulted by a drunken man who was mistakingly given a key to her hotel room, will hold a news conference in New York City on Monday to announce a lawsuit against the major luxury hotel chain, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Allred and her client will announce that a lawsuit has been filed against the hotel chain at a news conference scheduled for 2pm EST at the Doubletree Hotel in Manhattan. (The Doubletree Hotel is not the hotel involved in the suit.)
Sources connected to the situation tell RadarOnline.com: "The victim will explain how a drunk man was able to easily obtain a key to her room from the front desk... and then entered her room at night, and was able to get into bed with her to assault her while she was sleeping."
Allred will discuss why this case is important to women who travel on business and who expect security in their hotel rooms.
