Kelly Preston gave birth just a year ago and has dropped to below her pre-pregnancy baby weight in just eight months with the help of her best friend Kirstie Alley!

The gorgeous 49-year-old wife of John Travolta went on Good Morning America Friday morning to talk about how she shed the pounds following the birth of her “miracle” baby Benjamin and showed off her fabulous slimmed down new body.

“I took my time purposely,” Kelly told Robin Roberts and said she used Kirstie Alley’s USDA certified organic weight loss products Organic Liaison.

“You can eat what you want, it not so restrictive. There is an entire program that is so brilliant; it allows you to be that weight for however long you want.  The program on line takes you by the hand and leads you through it. It shows you how to eat healthfully and exercise.”
