“I took my time purposely,” Kelly told Robin Roberts and said she used Kirstie Alley’s USDA certified organic weight loss products Organic Liaison.

“You can eat what you want, it not so restrictive. There is an entire program that is so brilliant; it allows you to be that weight for however long you want.  The program on line takes you by the hand and leads you through it. It shows you how to eat healthfully and exercise.”
