The red carpet may have been on hiatus for the holidays, but that didn’t stop Hollywood’s hottest stars from hitting the streets dressed to rock and shock on Tuesday in the best and worst duds – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos in our daily fashion feature.

Does Blake Lively even own a pair of sweatpants?  While other stars allow themselves to get sloppily styled on the streets, the Gossip Girl refuses to look less than lackluster! Blake was spotted in Boston, looking uber chic in Diesel “Grupee” skinny jeans and Diesel “L-Sienna” coat, a Theodora & Callum printed scarf, lace-up boots and a Givenchy Antigona duffle bag.

Vanessa Hudgens has taken the boho look a little too far! The High School Musical grad hit the streets of Los Angeles, going overboard with her retro look. Wearing see-through lace Nightcap bell-bottoms with a belly-baring Beatles t-shirt, a long knit sweater and a fringed bag, the young Hollywood star did not score high marks a la mode.

Rachel Zoe was one hot mamma in Los Angeles, rocking thigh-high $3,000 Brian Atwood boots with black tights, a simple frock and a Chanel cropped coat, while Eva Longoria looked polished and put together for a day at the salon, carrying a luxe Hermes Birkin bag.
