Just because he's wanted by the Palm Springs Police doesn't mean Jeremy London doesn't have time to party in Hollywood.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the bad boy former Party of Five actor is wanted for questioning in Palm Springs after his ex-wife accused him of assaulting her during an argument over custody of their son.

But Saturday night, he was carrying on with his brother Jason and a bunch of friends at the Hollywood bar Cat and Fiddle.  It was a belated birthday party for Jeremy who turned 39 on November 7.

Sgt. Reed from the Palm Springs Police Department confirmed to RadarOnline that officials are still looking to speak to London and have still not heard from him.

"The police report has been completed and has been passed on to the Detective Bureau who will assess the case tomorrow and further investigate," Sgt Reed said. "This is standard procedure."

When told that London had been out partying in Hollywood last night, Sgt. Reed said that he "hadn't heard that information before" but that they were still very interested in speaking with the actor.
