The Duggar family’s joyful trip to Israel ended up in a distressing situation, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode of 19 Kids and Counting, little Josie Duggar was rushed to the hospital during the family vacation, fighting for her life.

She was “congested” says Dad Jim Bob as young Josie is shown crying in the hospital.

As the little girl struggles in the hospital, the rest of the family must decide if they’re going to continue their trip around the country.

The stress of their “littlest little” being sick hasn’t stopped the family from expanding – Michelle recently announced that she is expecting her 20th child now!
