David Arquette: Courteney & I Will Not Get Back Together

David Arquette told The View Thursday that despite the good relationship he shares with his estranged wife Courteney Cox, they will not be getting back together.
Cox, with their daughter Coco, sat in the crowd watching her 40-year-old ex dance through all of his routines on this season’s edition of Dancing with the Stars, before he was surprisingly eliminated Tuesday.
Asked by Barbara Walters if Cox’s presence on the set was foreshadowing a reunion between the two, Arquette said no.
“We love each other, we’re dear friends,” the quirky hunk said, adding that they’re just “not compatible.”
“That part of the relationship died,” he said. “We grew apart.”

Still Arquette’s doing great, as he said he recently celebrated his 10th month of sobriety. Arquette, a regular guest of The Howard Stern Show, said it wasn’t until he faced what he was trying to numb that he was able to kick his self-destructive vices.
