Variety's 2nd Annual Power of Comedy bash brought out many of the funniest peeps in Hollywood to honor one of their own, Amy Poehler.
Amy's funnyman husband Will Arnett was there, and took a major man kiss from Will Ferrell.
Sarah Silverman, Maya Rudolph and Whitney Cummings joined in the fun at the Hollywood Palladium.
The Dan Band provided the musical entertainment, and it was all for a good cause with money going to cancer research.
