Chynna Phillips couldn't hold on for one more day.
The blonde beauty was booted from Dancing with the Stars Tuesday, as a gaffe in her tango with Tony Dovolani fell short in impressing judges or voters on Monday.
With 21/30 points, Phillips finished tied with Chaz Bono and just ahead of Carson Kressley (20/30), but viewers were unforgiving of the ballroom blunder.
"I'm disappointed ... I'm sad, but I have to take responsibility,” she said. “I messed up."
Of the misstep during her tango, Phillips said: "I blanked -- I knew that routine -- I just blanked.
"I'm very grateful to have been on the show and had the opportunity," Phillips said Tuesday night. "Thank you everyone who voted for me."
The 43-year-old singer "stumbled out of the gate and had her first bad week in four weeks," her husband Billy Baldwin said of her elimination.
In her swan song appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Tuesday, Phillips said she was "relieved not to have dance class tomorrow.
"What can I say?" she said. "I failed the course!"
She joked that she bet her husband that he’d have to get a vasectomy if she won the competition.
“So he must be ecstatic right now!” Kimmel cracked.
The remaining celeb pairings in the competition are: Chaz Bono and Lacey Schwimmer; David Arquette and Kym Johnson; Nancy Grace and Tristan McManus; Robert Kardashian and Cheryl Burke; Ricki Lake and Derek Hough; J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff; Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy; and Carson Kressley and Anna Trebunskaya.
Dancing with the Stars returns on ABC Monday at 8/7c.
