The blonde bombshell paired the beyond sexy designer dress with Christian Louboutin heels, scoring herself the best look of the week!

Is Lindsay Lohan so broke that she can’t afford a dentist? The troubled starlet was one of the most-buzzed about people of the week, hitting the Saints Row: The Third concert and event in Hollywood, showing off her yellow teeth and dirty hands – as well as her unflattering sense of fashion.

And when it comes to wacky, leave it to sassy songbird Nicki Minaj to grab attention with her far-out fashion sense. The Super Bass singer, turned W magazine cover girl, hit the American Music Awards nominations, wearing a CIA.MARTIMA bikini top with an impossible-to-miss swing skirt and metallic blue boots, which perfectly coordinated with her color-blocked hair.
