Ron Artest Who? Metta World Peace Gets His New Name Dyed Onto Hair

Make no mistake, the man formerly known as Ron Artest wants the world to be clear about his new name!
The Los Angeles Lakers star got an extra special hairdo, proudly showcasing his new moniker, in time for his reality show debut Monday night and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.
Metta World Peace hit up a barber shop and had the words World Peace in Hebrew shaved and dyed onto his hair.
He was officially renamed on September 16, and Metta is a Buddhist term meaning loving kindness and friendliness toward others.
Metta World Peace will be partnered with Peta Murgatroyd as they try to win Dancing with the Stars this season.
The season 13 premiere of the hit show kicks off Monday on ABC.
