From the red carpet to the streets, stars were dressed to rock and shock over the weekend in the best, worst & wackiest of ensembles – and RadarOnline.com has all the photos!

Heidi Klum was dressed to thrill at Milan Fashion Week.  The Project Runway host ravished at the amfAR Milano 2011 Gala, wearing a divine Roberto Cavalli strapless gown, which shimmered as she sashayed!  At the Versace show, the German supermodel looked as sexy as possible, rocking a black and gold look from the collection.

Carrie Underwood debuted her new bangs, but failed to hit the high note with her not so banging ensemble at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas. The country singer layered a Haute Hippie fringed top over an Express sequin tank with matching shorts and Miu Miu booties, which overall failed to flatter her figure.

As for wacky, Nicki Minaj sassed up the music festival in a tutu and rainboots, while Johnny Weir rocked his always attention-grabbing women’s wear at the Macy’s Passport Presents Glamorama in Los Angeles.
