Paris Hilton's alleged stalker, James Rainford, has been ordered to stand trial on two felony counts of stalking, and three misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Rainford was arrested on July 4 in Malibu after he was found outside Hilton's Malibu beach house rental. Rainford was ordered last year to stay away from the hotel heiress.
Rainford attacked Hilton's ex-boyfriend, Cy Waits, on April 27 before Waits and Hilton entered the Van Nuys courthouse who was accused of felony burglary at Hilton's house.
Rainford was detained by Hilton's bodyguard, and was turned over to law enforcement. Parada was subsequently found guilty.
Rainford's arraignment is set for August 29, 2011. He is being held on $30k bail, and is still behind bars.
