The couple has been together for nearly six years and Faison revealed the depth of his feelings for Cacee in an interview last November, shortly after Simpson announced her own engagement to former NFL star Eric Johnson.

"I'm sure I know in my heart I love her and I definitely want to be with her forever but sometimes you throw marriage in situation and it ruins everything," the Scrubs funny man told Vibe.com.
