Jonathan Manfre, the man arrested outside the Jersey Shore party house on Sunday may be facing legal trouble, since his case has been turned over to the Ocean County New Jersey prosecutor's office RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Manfre, 32, a close friend of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino, was arrested for "possession of a controlled substance" after he tried to enter the MTV party house at 3am on July 24 when cops found a "white powdery substance."
According to Deputy Chief Michael Mohel "the case will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether or not the case will be presented to a grand jury for prosecution."
After a lab determines the type of drug found and the amount, they will decide if it "rises to an indictable offense," Mohel said.
Manfre, nicknamed Jonny "The Unit," is a trainer who promoted a workout video with "The Situation."
