Holly Madison is no stranger to stripping down for the camera, and now RadarOnline.com has behind the scenes video of her sexy shoot with Star magazine which proves the fun loving star is anything but The Girl Next Door.
With her killer curves squeezed into a revealing black bathing suit, the blonde bombshell plays up to the camera as she strikes a series of seductive poses.
But looking this good doesn't come easy for the former Playboy beauty who tells RadarOnline.com that staying in shape is a struggle.
"It's definitely a challenge," she revealed. "I've gone through phases especially since I've been in Las Vegas doing Peep Show, where I haven't been in great shape."

In fact it's hard to believe that just a few months ago, Madison was told by producers of her stage show to lose weight.
"All the junk food I was eating really caught up with me. I had to make some changes. Age has played a huge part in what I can eat now too. I'm 32 and three years ago I could drink and eat what I wanted. I can't anymore, the recovery is too much.

"I'm lucky that my job is active and I'm not sat behind a desk. But I have to work at it. There is no doubt about that.
"I don't have a trainer and I'm pretty motivated to look good, but it's about finding the time. Having some equipment at home helps, even if I can only squeeze in a few minutes.
"I love yoga and pilates too. But I can tell you that I love to go out dancing and I think that should count."
