The bad blood continues to boil between Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston.
Bristol Palin, promoting her new book on Thursday's edition of The Tonight Show, said she's not expecting much from a forthcoming tell-all her baby's daddy's been working on.

Said Jay Leno: "Now this Levi, he’s writing a book also ... has he read a book, previously?"
"He's gonna have to find a screenwriter or something," the Alaska native said, "to come up with more obnoxious lies, so I’m not worried about it."
Appearing on the couch alongside the night's previous guest, legendary comedian Don Rickles, the Dancing with the Stars vet told Leno about how she admits in her book, "I lied to my mom and I snuck out and I lost my virginity."
Rickles winced from the other side of the couch, sending the audience into laughter.
Bristol said her mother, Sarah Palin, found out when she'd written her book and showed her the personal confession.
"It was like the longest walk of my life, walking over to hand her that chapter that I'd just written and gone over," she said. It was nerve-wracking."

Leno -- who confessed he doesn't think much of Levi as a person or a father -- asked Bristol if the Palin clan ever accepted Levi, or if he was "always a moron."
"They never really got along with him, no," Bristol said.
Bristol's memoir Not Afraid of Life: My Journey So Far is in bookstores now. Levi’s book Deer in the Headlights: My Life in Sarah Palin's Crosshairs, is slated for a fall release.
