Sheryl Crow gave us something to crow about during Wednesday's CMT Awards in Nashville, when the hardbodied crooner accidentally flashed her panties to the crowd during a duet with Kid Rock.

The flash occurred following a stellar performance of the song Collide, when Crow, clad in a short skirt, stood up, revealing her unmentionables to the camera.

Within seconds, Crow became a trending topic on Twitter, which caused the If It Makes You Happy singer to address the mishap while presenting an award later in the show with singer Sara Evans.

"Ok, I'm just going to address the elephant in the room,” the All I Wanna Do singer said. “People all over America are tweeting that I was wearing a really short skirt when I sang with Kid Rock and that when I got up off the stool, I showed my underwear."

"Well, at least you were wearing underwear," Evans joked.

"I was wearing underwear -- cause I am good, clean family entertainment!" the beauty, 49, said.
