NEW DETAILS: Katie Couric's ABC Deal To Be Announced Monday

Her CBS contract expired Friday and ABC is wasting no time in officially announcing its deal with Katie Couric.
It will happen Monday, The Hollywood Reporter is reporting.
The former news anchor will have her own daytime talk show, produced by Disney, with Katie's good friend Zeff Zucker at the helm.
It will roll out September, 2012 and will have 39 weeks of original episodes for each of the deal's two years.

Katie will also be part of the ABC News team, and will do occasional pieces for the net's various news programs during the next year.
Couric will have an ownership stake in her talk show, and will be paid somewhere between $5 - $10 million a year.
