The day after his Oscar winning baby-mamma Halle Berry accused him of child neglect in a California courthouse, Gabriel Aubrey seemed to be in good spirits as he picked up their daughter Nahla from school - and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
Wearing a black baseball cap and sporting some facial scruff, the hunky male model carried the 3-year-old in his arms to his black Mercedes-Benz.

Berry and her mega attorney Laura Wasser, headed to family court on Tuesday, where she accused Aubrey of violating their custody agreement. The judge scheduled a hearing to determine the matter for a later date, because Aubrey was not in court.
