Housing slump? What housing slump?

Candy Spelling has reportedly sold her Beverly Hills mega-mansion, which was placed on the market for a staggering $150 million.

According to the Wall Street Journal the huge home has been bought by 22-year-old Petra Ecclestone, daughter of Formula One racing billionaire Bernie Ecclestone.

The luxurious, sprawling 57,000 square foot mansion is set on five acres of land in upscale Holmby Hills and features 14 bedrooms, 27 baths, a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.

Now, that’s what you call a starter home!

It was built in 1990 for Candy and her late husband, legendary TV producer Aaron Spelling, the house has been on and off the market over the past few years.
