EXCLUSIVE: Jersey Shore Trip To Italy Delayed, Permits Yanked

Their bags were packed and they were ready to go, but the cast of Jersey Shore's trip to Italy has been put off while problems with filming permits are worked out, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Although the producers have already rented a fabulous townhouse in Florence, Mayor Matteo Renzi is cracking down on where shooting could take place.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, the show has been barred from filming the cast drinking -- what, no drinking!

Now permits for shooting at some of the city's most fabled landmarks including the Uffizi gallery and Palazzo Vecchio have been yanked.

The Situation, Pauly D and Vinny had already been filmed with their suitcases, arriving at the airport when they were told to hang back.
