Lindsay Lohan's high powered lawyer continued hammering out the details of her crucial upcoming court date for the necklace theft case involving the troubled starlet, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Attorney Shawn Holley met with Judge Stephanie Sautner and Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers in the judge's conference room Wednesday morning. Said a source close to the case: "Holley wants to know how long the preliminary hearing is going to take and what witnesses Meyers plans on calling."
Lohan, 24, refused a plea deal and is going to go to trial over charges that she stole a $2,500-necklace from a Venice Beach jewelry store in January.
The meeting between the three legal aces lasted for 45 minutes.
Probably clad in her trademark expensive high fashion duds, Lindsay will be back in court April 19.
