Boardwalk Empire bad girl Paz de la Huerta was not only issued a misdemeanor assault charge by the NYPD for allegedly assaulting a woman in a bar, but also a citation from the Radar fashion police!  The dark and dangerous actress hit the streets of New York committing a major fashion fur pas, wearing a tribal print scarf over an animal coat, over a glaring red dress, over dark tights with Melissa high heel rain booties. And as for wacky fashion, Top Chef hottie Padma Lakshmi showed a little too much skin at the 3rd Annual Blossom Bar in NYC, wearing a sheer and colorful Sari.

Anne Hathaway looked ravishing for Rio, jetting over to Brazil for the film's premiere and getting dolled up in a flirty Dolce & Gabbana mini and Christian Louboutin Banana Blue tie-dye peep toes, while Carrie Underwood showed off her country curves in Herve Ledger at the Points of Light Tribute honoring George H. W. Bush in Washington, D.C.
