Michaele Salahi Hires Lawyer After Being Kicked Out Of Celebrity Rehab.
After being forced out of Celebrity Rehab, Michaele Salahi is taking legal action, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Michaele's mother Rosemary Holt tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, "It's in the hands of the lawyer. I encouraged her because things have gone too far."
As RadarOnline.com was first to report, a production source said that the so-called White House Gatecrasher-turned-Real Housewives of D.C. star was released from the VH-1 reality show earlier this month because she failed to show any signs of addiction.
Her mom previously told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview that her daughter "never said she had an addiction" but had gone on the show to get help with other issues.
"I know the whole story from the time she left here and the paperwork she'd done and the contracts. She was asked to come on, it wasn't her choice to come on. She was asked to," Holt told us at the time, adding that Michaele was "devastated" to be kicked out.

Holt says her daughter is in the early stages of her legal battle against the show.
"I just want her name not to be abused. I want her to have a legal say in this."
Michaele and her husband Tareq first gained fame when they allegedly crashed a White House state dinner in 2009.
They went on to butt heads with every other cast member on The Real Housewives of D.C. RadarOnline.com was first to reveal that Bravo has not renewed the reality show for a second season.
But Michaele's mom is standing by her daughter.
"I told her, 'Even if you don't get anything resolved money-wise, at least it will resolve your reputation'."
