One day after Kate Major accused Michael Lohan of physically assaulting her, she has fled Los Angeles for Florida, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Michael will also be in Florida this weekend.
Lohan, 50, was picked up by officers in West Hollywood, Calif. on Monday night after Major went to the sheriff's station and filed a police report against him, stating he’d physically assaulted her.
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office announced Wednesday that it has officially filed a single misdemeanor charge of "inflicting injury on a Cohabitant" against Lohan for the alleged domestic violence incident involving him and Major.
RadarOnline.com has learned that while Major is visiting with family and staying at an undisclosed location in Florida, Lohan signed on Wednesday to be in the corner with bad boy and Celebrity Apprentice star Jose Conseco as he takes on trainer Billy Padden in a Celebrity Boxing match.
The event is set to take place on Saturday at the Passion nightclub in the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida.
“Michael has been helping to train Jose and he called me up today to say he wanted to be in the ring with him on Saturday,” Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
“Michael is the Celebrity Boxing middleweight champion! He’s gone 3-0 in his matches and is one of the best fighters to come out of Celebrity Boxing. He is a tough guy with a lot of skill!”

While Lohan has experience fighting in the ring, Major is claiming he’s a fighter outside the ring as well.
"I was pushed and I was shoved," Major told photographers at the Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday night.
But Lohan contends he never assaulted her and will be turning the tables, filing charges against her for robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, domestic assault and trespassing.
"I didn't touch her," Michael adamantly told RadarOnline.com. "I didn't do a damn thing to her."
While we don’t expect Major to be cheering on Lohan ringside, these two could cross paths in Florida.
