Lindsay Lohan left Los Angeles for New York Sunday, but not before “cleaning house” a friend close to Lohan exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
It seems the the starlet was ready for a fresh start and took care of business before leaving the state.
“It’s true, she cleaned house on Friday,” the friend said.
“She was really ready for a change and decided to leave Creative Artist Agency and join International Creative Management.”
In 2005 the Mean Girls star dumped Endeavor for Creative Artist Agency because she wanted to get more A-list projects.
And, the 24-year-old has now chosen one of the world’s largest talent and literary agencies and is already reading scripts and plans return to work soon.
“She’s pleased with her decision,” the source said.
