It's out with the old and in with the new for Michael Lohan!

Just one week after splitting with ex-girlfriend Kate Major, the Lohan patriarch is already locking lips with a new woman named Bernadette - and RadarOnline.com has the photos.

Lohan, 50, posted two pictures on Twitter of Bernadette - a young, brunette beauty that he had lunch with and later smooched!

"Bernadette is a nurse who I met at the beach in Florida," Michael told RadarOnline.com, in an exclusive interview.

"I'm here with her now but after I get back to Los Angeles, she's coming up to New York with me.

"We've been together day and night, every day."

The father of famed Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan had a run-in with authorities last week after he was picked up by officers in West Hollywood, Calif. after Major went to the sheriff's station and filed a police report against him, stating he'd physically assaulted her.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's filed a single misdemeanor charge of "inflicting injury on a Cohabitant" against Lohan, as a result.

Lohan couldn't help but fire off a taunt at his ex-lover, too.

"Bernadette is the total opposite of Kate: she is smart, doesn't drink or smoke and is in great shape," he told RadarOnline.com.

"Finally a down to earth person who hates tabloids!"
