Proving you're never too old -- or too young -- to hit the Vegas strip, Celine Dion and hubby/manager Rene Angelil took their 4-month-old baby

twins to Caesar's Palace on Wednesday, and RadarOnline.com has the adorable pics.

It marked the Grammy Award winning singer's trimphant return to Caesar's Palace for the first time since the birth of little Eddy and Nelson last

October.

Dion is beginning rehearsals for her new stage show which debuts on March 15 at The Colosseum.

As Dion posed for photographers and greeted fans, she and Angelil cradled the fraternal twins, who wore matching blue baby gowns and white

hats.

The couple's first child, 9-year-old Rene-Charles Angelil, was also on hand for Dion's return to the strip.

As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Dion, 42, had been expecting triplets, but miscarried one of the babies early in her pregnancy.

According to Sony Music Entertainment, Dion has sold more than 200 million albums worldwide.
