Lindsay Lohan isn't just giving lip service to living a healthier life in 2011 -- as photographers snapped the Mean Girls star, 24, hitting the gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday.
But, we couldn't help but notice Lindsay's plumped-up pucker -- especially since her form-fitting blue t-shirt read: 'True Beauty Is Within'.
Apparently, sometimes, true beauty can also be found on the outside.
Lindsay was spotted later Wednesday evening, and the swelling in her lips had noticeably gone down.
