We're only 101 days away from the royal wedding, and RadarOnline.com has learned that Prince William's beautiful bride-to-be Kate Middleton is currently training to look her best on her highly-anticipated day, as well as brushing up on the etiquette befitting of a royal.

"She's spent the last few months being prepped for life as a princess and for this tour," an insider told Grazia.

As for her appearance, the athletic Kate's been a trooper in preparing for her historic walk down the aisle.

“She has a rowing machine in her house which she spends at least half an hour on a day. She also has a step machine and a treadmill, on which she runs for an hour every day. She used to run outside but had to stop because of security concerns after their engagement was announced,” an insider told the magazine.

“She eats a lot of omelets and really loves beans on toast made with brown bread,” the insider added.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the couple have been an item nearly ten years, as they met while attending Scotland's St. Andrew's University back in 2001. They’ll be getting married April 29, 2011 at the historic English church Westminster Abbey.

As estimated two billion people around the world will watch the televised event.
