Bachelor Brad Womack hasn’t just broken hearts, he’s broken the law too!

You can read Womack’s rap sheet here.

Court records obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal the handsome Texas barman, 38, was arrested in 1993 in his home state of Texas for carrying a forged driver’s license.

In another bombshell, the hunky heartthrob was busted for passing a bad check and public intoxication.

Womack’s wild past could have escaped producers of the hit ABC show — who reportedly won’t comment on this scandal — because he was going by the last name of his then-stepfather Charles Pickelsimer, as Star Magazine first reported.

The Bachelor’s mug shot — updated in November 2009 — is on record with the Texas Department of Public Safety in Austin, which monitors the state's criminal convictions.

Womack infamously turned down DeAnna Pappas and Jenni Croft in the finale of season 11 in 2007.

He has returned to the program in 2011, in the hope of finding true love.
