On the one year anniversary of the death of Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, her former fiancé Tila Tequila tells RadarOnline.com she's heartbroken over her loss.

"I keep her close to my heart," Tila said about Casey, who was found dead on January 4, 2009, after failing to take her diabetes medicine.

"Nobody needs to further exploit her and how I feel about her."

Tila spoke frequently after Casey died of her love for her fiancé and the devastation and misery she felt upon her death.

However, in November she told RadarOnline.com that she had mended her broken heart and found a new love interest.

"Right now I want to settle down, get married and have kids. That's all I want," Tila said, noting that she wants her first child to be a girl.

Casey adopted a little girl, Ava Monroe, in 2007.

Her mother had custody of the child at the time of her death and continues to raise her.
