Now, The Devil Wears Prada beauty Anne Hathaway, appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon Thursday, told the late night host that she'd love to be the next guest star on Fox's musical hit Glee - and even laid out a detailed, streamlined blueprint of just how she'd like to do it.

"Can I make a confession?" she said. "In my head I've written myself a part on Glee. That sounds so arrogant and obnoxious ... in my head, I cast myself on Glee and I know what song I would sing."

Hathaway said she'd wants to play the long, lost aunt of Kurt (Chris Colfer), who'd be a lesbian, to help him deal with his sexuality. She added she'd like to sing You Are Not Alone from Steven Sondheim's musical, Into The Woods.

"You really have thought this out!" Fallon told her. "You thought out the whole episode."

Glee airs on Fox Tuesdays at 8/7c.
