Vanessa Minnillo is off the market after getting engaged to long-time boyfriend Nick Lachey, and he must feel like the luckiest man on earth, judging by her latest bikini photos.
The stunning TV personality showed off her curves in a series of barely-there swimsuits during a birthday break in Mexico with her fiancé and friends, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
Looking tanned and toned, 30-year-old Minnillo – who jumps rope to keep fit – soaked up the sun during the luxury vacation all the while keeping her $125,000 diamond engagement ring firmly in place on her finger.
The couple – who share the same birthday – announced their news last week and released a statement about their upcoming nuptials.
"We're excited and incredibly happy about our engagement," they said.

This will be the first wedding for Minnillo, while Lachey, 37, was married to Jessica Simpson for three years.
