Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits is suing a Las Vegas nightclub king for $3 million, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Paris' Boyfriend Sues Vegas Nightclub
Cy and his twin brother Jesse have filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Victor Drai, claiming he failed to pay them their share of profits from a number of top nightspots the pair managed.
The suit has been filed in the Clark County District Court and a hearing is slated for December.
The brothers, 34, are suing Drai for alleged breach of contract, misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices, among other claims.
Drai owned a number of venues including Drai's Afterhours, Tryst at Wynn and XS at Encore until he split from the casino company earlier this year.
Under the terms of their contract, filed in court, Jesse and Cy Waits were to receive 16.66 percent of the monthly net profits from Tryst and XS and 33.33 percent from Drai's Afterhours.

They were also to receive 49 percent of the net profits at Drai's Hollywood in Los Angeles, which they also managed, the lawsuit claims.
But beginning in July 2010, Drai failed to pay the brothers their share of the net profits, it is alleged.
"We believe the complaint speaks for itself and in light of the nature of the ongoing litigation, any further comment would be inappropriate at this time," Ismail Amin, a lawyer for Cy and Jesse, told RadarOnline.com.

Jesse remains the manager of the venues, although Cy left the company after an incident outside the Wynn Casino in late August.
