EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Soap Actor Aiden Turner Splits With Wife; Read The Divorce Petition

Soap actor and Dancing with the Stars alum Aiden Turner has filed for divorce from his wife of five years, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The couple married on April 8, 2005 and have one child - a one-year-old girl named Ciella.
According to the petition for divorce, Turner cites "irreconcilable differences" for the split, It also states that the date of separation is "to be determined."
The petition also asks that the couple have joint custody of their child, and that a decision on the separation of their property to made at a later date.
The petition was filed in Los Angeles on October 28.
Turner is a British actor best known for his role as Aidan Devane on ABC's All My Children.
Turner, 33, appeared on the tenth season of Dancing with the Stars this past spring. His partner was Russian pro-dancer Edyta Sliwinska. (That was the DWTS season that also featured Kate Gosselin, Pam Anderson, and the eventual winner - Nicole Scherzinger.)
