What’s worse than a poorly chosen outfit? Apparently, the answer is nothing, according to former The Hill’s star Lauren Conrad, who is speaking out against what she calls “Fashion F**kups” in a new PSA.

The nearly three minute ad is a tongue-in-cheek ode to the fashionably challenged because, as Conrad says, it¹s ok “to change your friends if it makes you look better.” Because, if you’re not, “you’re only “fu**ing yourself.”
The video urges men to steer clear of anything bedazzled, skinny jeans and cut off jean shorts, which Conrad affectionately refers to as “jorts.”
Conrad adds “kitten heels” are big no-no for the ladies - the only person who can get away with wearing kitten heels is Suri Cruise and notes to men everywhere sporting skinny jeans, “make sure when you use that crude pick-up line of “what’s in your pants, that you’re not calling your own bluff.”
Finally, the reality star and author manages to squeeze in a plug of her style book, urging that “when it comes to fashion, the more you know, the further you’ll go.”
