Looking like the 17-year-old she actually is, Miley Cyrus has lunch with some girlfriends Friday in Los Angeles, and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
Miley was at the popular Joans on Third, and sat at a sidewalk table where the teen seemed oblivious to all the controversy surrounding her new video.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, the video for Who Owns My Heart shows Miley rolling around in an unmade bed, and dirty dancing with both men and women in a nightclub scene!
