EXCLUSIVE: Tiger Woods Sex Tape Imposter Hires Attorney

The man who says he was hired to impersonate Tiger Woods in a sex tape featuring porn star Devon James has hired a high powered attorney and is ready to take legal action if the tape is sold as genuine footage of a romp with the golfer, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.
Teneal Goyco, the sex tape imposter, has retained Stephanie Ovadia, who represented Lindsay Lohan in her E*Trade case, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
Ovadia told RadarOnline.com: “Yes, I’ve been retained by Mr. Goyco. I’m in the process of investigating the action, and if in fact there has been a misrepresentation by the parties, we will take every legal avenue available.”
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Goyco claims he was paid $1,000 to impersonate Tiger Woods in a sex tape with James.
He did not know the tape was possibly filmed for commercial purposes and told RadarOnline.com: “I was told to pretend I was Tiger Woods to fulfill her (Devon’s) fantasy, so I did what I was asked."
Goyco told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he taped the sex scenes with James late this summer and she and her husband had him "dress" like Tiger, with a Nike hat and sweater vest. He also said that Devon called him "Tiger" throughout the filmed romp.
“She said it was her fantasy to sleep with Tiger Woods," Goyco said about his night with James. "I thought the tape was just going to be for them personally, I didn't know they were going to use it to make money.
“I saw it as an opportunity to make a few bucks and have sex with a pretty girl.”
Goyco does not look like Tiger, leading to speculation that James’ alleged sex tape may not have any clear face shots of the man she says is the golfer.
Devon James’ husband Nick was evasive when RadarOnline.com asked him repeatedly if “Tiger’s” face was clearly visible in the tape.
“You can see it’s him,”Nick said, without directly answering the question several times. During a subsequent phone call with RadarOnline.com Nick then said you can see Tiger’s face on the tape.
But neither Nick nor Devon has offered any proof of that and they have repeatedly refused to allow RadarOnline.com to view any portion of the movie to prove it is the real Tiger Woods.
Now, it looks like they may be facing a lawsuit from Goyco if he is featured on the tape.
Devon, a Tampa prostitute who claims to have had an affair with Tiger and then falsely alleged he was the father of her love child, claims she has a sex tape of herself with Woods and is selling it for $25.95 through a website. The site is accepting pre-orders and says the tape will be released November 15.
James claims to have sold the tape to a DVD production company for $350,000 in addition to a cut of half the profits.
But Goyco's claims cast serious doubt over the legitimacy of the alleged XXX video, that promised to show “Tiger Woods’ former girl playing all the holes”.
