Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian's one-year anniversary was more than just one day to be remember for the happy couple, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
After the pair renewed their vows last Monday in a private ceremony at the Beverly Hills mansion of music producer Irving Azoff - where they tied the knot on September 27, 2009 - Lamar had another surprise in store for his bride: a big party.
Lamar threw a surprise party for his lady love at their home in Tarzana, California, for forty to fifty of their closest family and friends, a source told RadarOnline.com.
"Everybody had a great time and it was really intimate filled with family, friends, eating and drinking," said the source.
The backyard was covered in candles and on the ground the candles spelled out the words 'love, loyalty and honor'.
And the outside wall was lit up with the word 'unbreakable.'
When the happy couple arrived they had their first dance to a familiar tune - Anita Baker's Angel - the same song they danced to on their wedding day.
"They were very romantic with one another," the source added, as all the guests danced to oldies love songs.
But the party wasn't the only surprise the hoops hubby had in store for his wife.
Earlier that day, he reserved a room for her at one of their favorite hideaways, the SLS Hotel, where he had some gifts and flowers waiting.
The hotel holds a special place in their hearts because they spent a lot of time there before they got married, according to the source.
