Lindsay Lohan could be checking back into rehab as early as Monday, a day after she paid a visit to a Los Angeles homeless shelter called Dream Center to sign autographs, hand out gifts and provide encouraging words to homeless teens.
Lohan, 24, was accompanied on the trip to the Echo Park center by her mother Dina, sister Ali and manager Lou Taylor.
“What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA… had a nice time there today, it’s so important to give back," Lindsay Tweeted Sunday. "I feel blessed.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lohan was taken into custody Friday morning after two failed drug tests, then in a shocker, was released hours later on $300,000 bail after her attorneys won an appeal.
"Thank GOD Lindsay is out," her father Michael Tweeted Saturday following his daughter's release. "Hopefully, she will see why. No thanks to the ones who brought her there to begin with."
Lohan will return to court for a probation violation hearing October 22, where she could also be sentenced to more jail time over the failed drug tests.
