GUILTY: The 40-Year-Old Virgin Star Stabbed Ex; Tried To Murder Her

The actor who appeared in the film The 40-Year-Old Virgin has been convicted of attempted premeditated murder in the knife attack of his ex-girlfriend.
Jurors in San Diego on Thursday also found Shelley Malil guilty of assault with a deadly weapon.
He was acquitted of residential burglary.
The panel began deliberations on Wednesday in Vista Superior Court after a three-week trial.
Indian-born Malil played Haziz, a co-worker of Steve Carell's character in The 40-Year-Old Virgin.
