Desperately in need of earning a quick buck, Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman held a yard sale and auction on the front lawn of her La Habra, CA house Saturday, and RadarOnline.com was there.

Time is running out as Suleman and her 14 children face foreclosure if she can't meet a balloon mortgage payment of $450,000 on Oct. 9.

"I'm just trying to put my best foot forward and do what's best to save my home and feed my children," Suleman tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. "I will never pose nude to save my house.

"I'm a good mother and my kids come first. We will get through this."

Radio personality Tattoo, with the Rick Dees morning Internet Top 40 show, Tattoo and Crew, lent Suleman a helping hand and played the role of auctioneer. "Nadya is a dear friend of mine and she needs money," Tattoo tells RadarOnline.com

"She has 14 kids and she needs to provide for them. Our goal is to raise $100,000 today."

Suleman may reach her goal as she was selling everything---and we mean EVERYTHING including the swimsuit she wore on the cover of Star magazine. She even autographed a pair of white panties she wore when she was pregnant and put them out for auction!

Suleman, a huge Los Angeles Lakers and Kobe Bryant fan, signed and auctioned off her prized Bryant jersey. That item was of interest to many spectators and sold for $120.

Other items that were auctioned included the couch she sat on when she announced she was pregnant, a red bra with gummy bear stains on it, lingerie, some clothing belonging to her children, and the baby-size "time out" chair Oprah Winfrey gave her when Suleman appeared on the Oprah show.

Suleman also made money at the event by charging $10 to have a photo taken with her.

"I know Octo-Mom was doing this for her kids but it was still sad to see her put her belongings up for sale," onlooker Raymond Powell told RadarOnline.com  "I wish her the very best and hope she and her kids can somehow save their home."
