Britney Spears' former bodyguard Fernando Flores is making his first public statement about his explosive sexual harassment lawsuit against the Toxic singer in which he claims she hit her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, had sex in front of them and made them eat until they vomited.

Speaking outside a Starbucks in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Flores would not comment specifically on the lawsuit, but when asked if he misses Britney's kids, he responded, "yeah, I do."

Flores also said that hopefully the children do not know about the legal action.

In the suit, Flores contends that Britney sexually harassed him, creating situations where Flores saw her naked or partially exposed.

At a hotel in California, “Plaintiff perceived, during security checks of the perimeter, Defendant loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her,” Flores charges in the suit.

He also claims that Britney sent him on errands twice and when he returned he saw her “having vigorous sexual relations.”

On Wednesday, Flores said that he believes there is a "double standard" because he is a man filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against a woman.

In the lawsuit, Flores also describes an alleged incident where Britney asked the guard for his belt and then, according to Flores: “Defendant Spears immediately ran back towards her house screaming ‘Preston’ (i.e. Sean Preston, her elder son). She entered the residence through two French doors on the north side. Plaintiff exited the pool house, hearing Sean Preston screaming in terror and pain, and saw Defendant Spears at least twice savagely hitting the small child with Plaintiff’s belt.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a statement posted Thursday morning on Spear's official Web site responded to the lawsuit. The statement reads: "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself," a statement on the singer's Web site said. "The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action.

“Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts," according to the Web site.
