He may be serving time at Rikers, but that didn't stop rapper Lil Wayne and his company Young Money Touring Inc. from suing his former tour agency this week, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Weezy claims Ujaama Talent Agency still owes him $375,000 from his 2009 "America's Most Wanted Tour," and filed suit in New York on August 16.
Lil Wayne is estimated by Forbes magazine to have taken in $20 million in the last year. He was convicted on weapons and drug charges and has been at NYC's notorious Rikers Island jail since March. He is expected to be released in November,
