It seems as though all celebrities come out of the womb with toned muscles and sleek legs. Well Saturday at the Reality Cares charity event held at the luxurious Luxe Hotel in Beverly Hills they spilled the beans about their secrets to staying in shape. RadarOnline.com's Jessica Campbell was on the carpet to find out how to get that hard body that belongs on a TV screen.
Whitney Port from The City says,"There really is no secret. I wish I had one I could share because if I did I totally would, but the only thing that I basically do is like push ups. If I cant get to the gym...I will go into my bedroom and do push ups." From her sleek arms we would say those push ups are alright with us.
From the hard body wolves of Twilight, Bronson Pelletier says that staying in shape all comes down to diet. "Honestly, after were done filming I love to grab a big cheeseburger." We hear you Bronson and we know a wolf needs his meat.
Tiffany Hines of the new show Nikita, says,"I love to work out and not feel like I am working out. So I like to do the dance classes and yoga and pilates. I have this new thing that I just tried its a drumming; you drum and dance while you work out." Who knew drum dance classes would be a way to keep the TV stars in shape?
