As RadarOnline.com revealed, Ryan and Jim had a dramatic falling out after Farrah's death in June 2009, after a long battle with cancer.

James was left $500,000 in Fawcett's Estate, as RadarOnline.com was first to report.

That money will now be returned to the Farrah Fawcett Foundation, RadarOnline.com has learned.

James' obituary asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his name and not his daughter's charity, however.
