PHOTOS: Modern Family's Sofia Vergara Shows Off Her Beach Bod

And the Emmy for best beach bod goes to...
The lovely Sofia Vergara -- just nominated for her very first Emmy for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy for ABC's Modern Family - was snapped Monday vacationing in Ischia, Italy with her boyfriend and some gal pals.
The 38-year-old Colombian beauty spent the previous evening at the opening day of the Ischia Global Film and Music Festival.
Vergara chatted with fellow guests at the event and was surprised with a cake to celebrate her 38th birthday, which was on Saturday.
We'll find out if Sophia gets a belated birthday gift on August 29 when the 2010 Primetime Emmys are broadcast on NBC.
